What to Expect
Coaching is not therapy, and it is not advice-giving. It is a focused, collaborative conversation — one that helps you get clearer on where you want to go, what might be in the way, and how to take the next step.
The Process
We begin with a no-pressure conversation — usually 20 to 30 minutes. This is a chance for you to ask questions, share what's bringing you here, and get a feel for whether this work feels like a fit. There is no obligation to continue.
If we decide to move forward together, our first full session is about you. What matters most to you right now? What would it mean to feel more at home in your life? You set the direction — I follow your lead.
Sessions are typically 30-45 minutes and held via video call or phone, so you can join from wherever you are. Most clients meet every other week — some more often, some less. We'll find a rhythm that works for your life.
The session fee is $50
The real work happens in your daily life, not in our sessions. We may identify small, meaningful experiments to try between calls — nothing overwhelming, nothing prescriptive. Just the next right step. Spend a little time thinking about what you would like to address in each session.
Coaching is not linear. We check in regularly on what's working, what's shifting, and where you want to go next. The goal is always your flourishing — on your terms, in your time.

A Note on Scope
Wellness coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, I will always encourage you to seek that care first. For many people, coaching and therapy work well alongside each other — they serve different but complementary purposes.

Confidentiality & Privacy
Everything you share in our sessions is held in strict confidence. What you bring to this work stays here — I will not share your information with anyone without your explicit written consent, except in the rare circumstances required by law.
I take your privacy seriously beyond the conversation as well. All digital tools and platforms used in this practice — including video sessions, scheduling, and communication — are HIPAA compliant. You can engage with this work knowing that your personal information is handled with the same care and respect I bring to every session.
